James, born in Manhattan, New York, has a law degree and is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Association and for years practiced entertainment law. After selling his overseas manufacturing businesses in the Caribbean, James returned to Fairfield County and segued into the real estate industry and became the "Rookie of the Year" his first year out. James lives in Fairfield with his wife Cynthia Rosenbloom Lee.
