James, born in Manhattan, New York, has a law degree and is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations and for years practiced entertainment law. After selling his overseas manufacturing businesses in the Caribbean, James returned to Fairfield County and segued into the real estate industry and became the “Rookie of the Year” in his first year in the business. He has subsequently earned “Gold Star” status every single year from 2001 - 2009 indicating Top Producer Status and mostly notably achieved the “#1 Units Sold” Award for the Westport/Weston office for 2009. James lives in Fairfield with his wife Cynthia Rosenbloom Lee.
